Based on attendee demand, The Aesthetic Show 2019 will offer a new, Advanced Laser Techniques and Applications symposium as part of its pre-show program on Thursday, July 11, at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas.
Moderated by dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon Michael H. Gold, M.D., F.A.A.D., and E. Victor Ross, M.D., a dermatologist specializing in laser surgery of the skin, the symposium will feature top opinion leaders reviewing prominent aesthetic laser technologies and available modalities being offered, as well as best practices, exclusive insights and clinical protocols used for obtaining exceptional outcomes.
“We will discuss and examine various platform systems that are used in the laser device space and how these multi-application platforms can enhance one’s clinical practice.”
Lecture topics include how to effectively evaluate devices and platforms, including understanding the various existing therapeutic wavelengths. Attendees will also learn how to integrate these technologies into comprehensive treatment protocols to provide more customized care and enhanced outcomes.
“The symposium lectures will provide attendees with a critical understanding of how laser-based treatments can be combined with other modalities to achieve improved cosmetic results,” Dr.
Gold confirmed. “We will compare and contrast several of the devices that are currently on the market, and also give attendees a chance to see how, by combining applications, a practice’s ROI can be significantly improved,” he noted.
